DRGEM Conducts Technical Training for Biomedical Trainees from Asia and Africa

 

On June 13, DRGEM hosted a special technical training session and factory tour at its Gimcheon factory for 12 biomedical professionals from seven countries across Africa and Asia. This program was part of the 2024 Dr. LEE Jong-Wook Fellowship Program.

 

 

The participants engaged in hands-on training focused on preventive maintenance and emergency response procedures, aimed at strengthening their practical field competencies. DRGEM representatives provided instruction on essential equipment management techniques and introduced the company’s global after-sales service network and operational systems. Participants expressed high satisfaction with the training, particularly noting how well-structured and comprehensive DRGEM’s global customer support system is.

 

 

At DRGEM’s factory showroom, participants attended live demonstrations of key equipment, including the Auto Positioning System, the PROMO mobile X-ray system, and an upcoming model. They experienced DRGEM’s advanced technology firsthand, testing user-centric features such as silent locking mechanisms, touch console stands, and live-streaming cameras on tube stands. The following presentation offered a comprehensive overview of DRGEM’s product strengths and proprietary technologies, further enhancing participants’ understanding.
