First Reveal of the Next-Generation Motorized Mobile DR System, RAYMO
On November 8, 2025, DRGEM participated in the 60th Congress of Korean Radiological Technologists (KRTA) and 32nd EACRT International Conference, held at Magok Convention Center in Seoul. Commemorating the 60th anniversary of the KRTA, the event was held under the theme “60 Years of Radiological Technology: Opening the Future of Medical Care,” bringing together radiological technologists and imaging professionals from across Korea and East Asia to share the latest technologies and clinical experiences.
At this year’s congress, DRGEM unveiled its next-generation motorized mobile DR system, RAYMO, for the first time in the world, drawing strong attention from attendees. RAYMO features a more compact and streamlined design compared to the existing TOPAZ system, offering excellent maneuverability and usability even in confined spaces such as hospital rooms and ICUs. Despite its reduced size, the system provides an extended tube height and rotation range, enabling precise and flexible positioning, which earned high praise from medical imaging professionals at the event.
The RFID-based personalized workflow also attracted significant attention. With a simple card tag, users can instantly adapt their personalized settings such as handlebar height, monitor angle, and driving sensitivity, enhancing both workflow efficiency and user convenience.
Visitors explored the system’s streamlined and ergonomic design, intuitive console UI, and smooth driving performance, sharing feedback such as “Smaller than TOPAZ, but with a wider positioning range” and “Extremely smooth and stable driving.” The booth was filled with active discussions and enthusiastic engagement from medical imaging professionals.
Luncheon Symposium: New Portable Systems
During the Luncheon Symposium, DRGEM presented on the theme “New Portable Systems,” showcasing the company’s latest developments in mobile X-ray technology. The presentation focused on RAYMO and PROMO, highlighting technological evolution in portable X-ray systems, user-centered workflow optimization, and enhanced image quality.
Attendees showed great interest in DRGEM’s vision and practical clinical applications. Through this session, DRGEM strengthened its position not only as a manufacturer of diagnostic equipment but also as a technology partner leading innovation in clinical imaging environments.
